The Basics
Tutonomi is an online service that helps tutors manage their admin: scheduling, payments, messaging, and reminders.
By creating an account, you're entering into an agreement with Made For Good Ltd. (registered in England & Wales).
You need to be 18 or older to create an account.

Subscriptions & Payments
Tutonomi is currently provided as a free service.
You can cancel your account at any time via the Account page within the app.
Tutonomi enables tutors to accept card payments from pupils. Card payments are processed by our payment services provider (PSP), who charges a processing fee on each transaction. This fee is deducted automatically before funds are paid to you, and you'll receive the remaining balance.
Account Refunds
As Tutonomi is free to use, there are no subscription fees to refund.
Refunding Your Pupils
You can issue a refund to a pupil at any time at your own discretion.
When a refund is processed, the full amount originally paid by the pupil is returned to them.
The original payment processing fee is non-refundable and won't be reimbursed to you.
There are no additional charges for initiating a refund.
If there's ever an issue with a payment processed through the platform — for example, a technical error or duplicate charge — we'll review it promptly and make things right where we can.
What We Expect From You
Don't use Tutonomi for anything illegal, harmful, or misleading.
Don't try to hack, copy, or resell the service.
Keep your login details safe — you're responsible for any activity on your account.
What You Can Expect From Us
We'll do our best to keep Tutonomi available and running smoothly.
Sometimes we'll update or change features. We'll always aim to make things better, not worse.
If we need to make big changes (like pricing), we'll give you reasonable notice.
Privacy
Your data is yours. We'll never sell it.
We use your information only to provide the service and improve it.

Liability
We build Tutonomi to be reliable, but no software is perfect. If something goes wrong (downtime, bugs, data loss), we can't be held liable for damages.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.
Closing Accounts
You can close your account anytime. Once closed, we'll securely delete your data after a reasonable period (unless we're legally required to keep it). For more info, please view our cancellation policy.
We may close accounts that break these terms, cause harm, or abuse the service.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
