Refund a Lesson Payment
Issue full or partial refunds for lesson payments.

Here's how to issue a refund for a lesson that has already been paid.
Step 1: Go to Billing
From the left-hand menu, click Billing.

Step 2: Find the payment
In the Payments table, locate the payment you want to refund and click the ••• button on the right-hand side.

Step 3: Select 'Refund'
Select Refund.

Step 4: Confirm the refund
A confirmation prompt will appear showing the amount and pupil name. Click Yes to process the refund.

Good to know
The money is returned directly to the pupil's bank card.
The payment status will update to Refunded in the Billing table and on the calendar.
You can also refund and cancel a lesson in one step directly from the Calendar — click the lesson and select Refund & Cancel from Lesson Options.
Refunds cannot be reversed once confirmed.
