Refund a Lesson Payment

Issue full or partial refunds for lesson payments.

Here's how to issue a refund for a lesson that has already been paid.

Step 1: Go to Billing

From the left-hand menu, click Billing.

Step 2: Find the payment

In the Payments table, locate the payment you want to refund and click the ••• button on the right-hand side.

Step 3: Select 'Refund'

Select Refund.

Step 4: Confirm the refund

A confirmation prompt will appear showing the amount and pupil name. Click Yes to process the refund.

Good to know

  • The money is returned directly to the pupil's bank card.

  • The payment status will update to Refunded in the Billing table and on the calendar.

  • You can also refund and cancel a lesson in one step directly from the Calendar — click the lesson and select Refund & Cancel from Lesson Options.

  • Refunds cannot be reversed once confirmed.
