When You Receive Your Money

Once a payment has been successfully collected from a pupil, Tutonomi schedules it for payout to your bank account. Payouts are made every day, so you don't have to wait long to see payments arrive.

The exact time the money appears in your account depends on your bank's processing times, but most payouts clear within one to two business days of being sent.

You can keep track of what's been paid out from the Billing page, where each payment shows a gross amount and a net amount. The net figure is what lands in your account after payment processing fees have been deducted.

• Payment processing fees are deducted automatically at source — you don't need to calculate or manage them yourself.

• Payouts are made in your default currency.

• If a payout seems to be missing, check the Billing page first to confirm the payment status, then contact support if needed.
