Update a Pupil's Contact Details

Here's how to update a pupil's name, email address, phone number, or payment type.

Step 1: Go to Pupils

From the left-hand menu, click Pupils.

Step 2: Open the pupil's profile

Click on the pupil's name in the All Pupils list.

Step 3: Edit their details

In the Contact Details section, update any of the fields: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone Number, or Payment Type. Your changes save automatically.

Good to know

• The pupil's email address is the one Tutonomi uses to send lesson confirmations, payment requests, and messages.

• You can also update the Payment Type here if a pupil's billing arrangement changes.
