Understanding Your Dashboard

Your Dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in to Tutonomi. It gives you a quick snapshot of where things stand across your lessons and payments, without having to dig into individual pages.

At the top you'll find four summary tiles:

Billed shows the total amount invoiced to pupils this month, including lessons that haven't been paid yet.

Received shows the total amount actually collected this month — payments that have successfully gone through.

Due shows the total outstanding balance across all time — lessons that have taken place but haven't been paid. This figure is shown in red when there's money owed.

Total Earned shows your cumulative income year to date, based on payments received.

Below the tiles, the Up Next section shows your next upcoming lesson, along with a shortcut to add lesson notes. To the right of that, the Messages panel shows how many unread messages you have and links through to your Inbox.

The Recent Activity table beneath that lists your most recent lessons with their status, payment method, amount, and current payment status. You can filter this view by Today, This Week, or Last Week.

Good to know

• The Dashboard updates in real time as lessons and payments are processed.

• Clicking Add Lesson Notes next to an upcoming lesson takes you straight to the notes editor for that lesson.

• The Due figure includes all outstanding payments across your entire account history, not just the current month.
