Take Card Payments
Learn how Tutonomi securely processes card payments for lessons.

Tutonomi collects lesson payments by card — this is the only payment method supported.
Before any payments can be collected, you need to complete the account setup process, which includes connecting your payment account. Until this step is done, lessons can still be booked and scheduled, but no payments will be attempted.
Once your payment account is connected, Tutonomi handles collection automatically. Pupils are charged based on the payment type set on their profile, and you don't need to do anything manually for each lesson.
Good to know
You can check whether your payment account is connected from the Account page.
Lessons booked before your payment account is connected will be charged retroactively.
