Schedule a Lesson

Here's how to add a new lesson to your calendar.

Step 1: Open your Calendar

From the left-hand menu, click Calendar.

Step 2: Select a time slot

Click on any empty slot in the calendar to open the Add a Lesson panel.

Step 3: Fill in the lesson details

Select a pupil from the Pupil dropdown, then confirm the Date, Start Time, Lesson Duration, and Cost. The cost is calculated automatically from your default rate, but you can override it if needed.

Step 4: Add the lesson

Click Add Lesson to save it to your calendar.

Good to know

• Your pupil will be sent an email containing the lesson time.

• Your pupil will be sent a lesson reminder before the lesson.

• Lessons show as Booked on the calendar until payment is collected.

• The cost field shows AUTO when it has been calculated from your default rate.
