Cancel a Lesson
Cancel a lesson and understand what happens to payments.

Here's how to cancel a lesson.
Step 1: Open your Calendar
From the left-hand menu, click Calendar.
Step 2: Open the lesson
Click on the lesson you want to cancel.
In the Lesson Options panel, select Cancel Lesson.
Step 3: Confirm the cancellation
A confirmation prompt will appear.
Click Cancel Lesson to confirm, or Keep Lesson if you've changed your mind.
Good to know
Your pupil will be notified by email as soon as the lesson is cancelled.
Cancelled lessons are removed from the calendar and will not be charged.
Completed lessons can’t be cancelled.
