Add a Private Note to a Pupil

Here's how to add a private note to a pupil's profile that only you can see.

Step 1: Go to Pupils

From the left-hand menu, click Pupils.

Step 2: Open the pupil's profile

Click on the pupil's name in the All Pupils list.

Step 3: Write your note

Scroll down to the Tutor Notes section and type directly into the text box. Your note saves automatically.

Good to know

• Tutor notes are private to you — pupils and parents cannot see them.

• Use this space for anything useful: practice reminders, progress observations, or notes to yourself before the next lesson.
