Our Cancellation Policy
Tutonomi is a product created by Made For Good Ltd. We’ve written these terms in plain English so you know where you stand. If you use Tutonomi, you agree to these terms.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel Tutonomi anytime from your account settings (and we will be sad to see you go!)
When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for (monthly or annual).
After that, you won’t be charged again and your account will be closed.
Refunds
We don’t offer refunds for unused time if you cancel partway through a billing cycle.
If something goes wrong on our side (like a major outage that makes Tutonomi unusable for a significant period), we’ll make it right — either with credit or a refund.
Trials
If you’re on a free trial, you won’t be charged unless you choose to purchase a subscription after the trial ends.
Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront at a discounted rate. If you cancel during the year, we don’t provide pro-rata refunds.
How to Cancel
Just log into your account, go to Account → Subscription → Manage, and click cancel. That's it. No hoops to jump through.
