Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancelling Your Subscription

  • You can cancel Tutonomi anytime from your account settings.

  • When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for (monthly or annual).

  • After that, you won’t be charged again and your account will be closed.

Refunds

  • We don’t offer refunds for unused time if you cancel partway through a billing cycle.

  • If something goes wrong on our side (like a major outage that makes Tutonomi unusable for a significant period), we’ll make it right — either with credit or a refund.

Trials

  • If you’re on a free trial, you won’t be charged unless you choose to continue after the trial ends.

Annual Plans

  • Annual subscriptions are billed upfront at a discounted rate. If you cancel during the year, we don’t provide pro-rata refunds.

How to Cancel

  • Just log into your account, go to Account → Subscription → Manage, and click cancel. That's it. No hoops to jump through.
